Very disappointing purchase, bought a Mercedes S class (import). Luxe Autohaus knowing very well the vehicle did not have functional Radio or Navigation made the sale without bringing this to our attention.The solution was to install an aftermarket integration kit $2000, which they refused to pay for.Kevin was all smiles when selling the car, then the service disappears when there was an issue.Surely buying a luxury car you'd expect the radio to work!Instead.. sorry you knew it was an import, we cant help you.Thanks Luxe, just another typical used car dealer.

Initial purchase from this dealership recently of an Audi Q5 was exceptional. Coen the salesperson was helpful and honest about the car and went over and above to do the deal I needed.However, I have to unfortunately say since finding some issues with the car one day after picking it up there has been nothing but follow up required on my part to get them to honour a statutory warranty. At this point they have not resolved my concerns at all so I would have to advise caution if considering a car from here. This issue is noted in other reviews that I should have read first.Really dissappointing when the purchase experience was positive to be let down on aftersales.

My immediate impressions of Luxe, was cautious. Sort of a "warehouse", off the main road, a consignment orientation, and the marketing of mainly expensive cars to wealthy people was not comforting to me. Adarsh Sajeewon was a "typical sales person", friendly, approachable, customer orientated (aren't they all), so the relationship was "a slow burn". Then I gradually came to realise that he knew about cars, and not superficially. And he knew about the ONE car I was interested in (and Teslas arent easy to get to know). He gave honest and helpful comments. He was thorough and professional in his intermediary position between an awkward owner and a demanding customer. I met more of the Luxe team, also helpful and thorough. The admin was excellent. And so my ideas of LUXE began to change. They do know their stuff. They only have good cars. They are genuinely looking for a WIN for the owner and a WIN for the Buyer, and a WIN for themselves, of course. But that's not easy. Would I go there again?....Certainly. Would I recommend them to others?....Certainly. And would i hope to have Adarsh help me out next time? Absolutely :-)

Bought a vehicle from here spent 55,000 had nothing but problems with the vehicle, over 5 repairs up until now, the vehicle is unreliable and we have had very little assistance, if you live to far from the Dealership you ll get No assistance in relation to any warranty work.Consignment cars are always an issue to purchase, they generate more profit out of someone else's property. Have No investment in vehicle at time of purchase

I HIGHLY don’t recommend anyone buying from this dealer. They sold me a car with sludge building up in the engine, rocket cover leaking crack on the exhaust. This, after promising me the car was up-to-date with service, I made contact with them, ask them to fix it. They made me take the car there three times and promised me that they would fix the problems. This is after five months, Just got the car inspected from another Mechanic still has the same problemnothings been solved. They dragged the issue so long for the warranty to finish and left me hanging with these problems. Take your business elsewhere people trust me and don’t spend a cent with these bunch of liars.

What are bizarre experience. They wanted me to agree a price and to agree to buy the car before I could take it for a test drive. That’s before I know whether it’s been in an accident, whether there’s any problem with the engine, or any other problem whatsoever. What a ridiculous way to do business.Dealerships can have whatever rules they like regarding sales on consignment. But if it means travelling an hour in traffic to be told you cannot drive the car unless you buy it, that should be put in the advertisement so people don’t waste their time.And re response below. I specifically asked if I needed to agree to buy the car before being allowed to drive and the response was yes.
You will not find a harder working team to the job done than Chad and the team. They successfully sold two cars for me at a great price within the time frame I needed. The cars had never looked better after the team polished them up and had them photographed. Overall a massive shout out to Chadd and the team at LUXE Autohaus. I recently, reluctantly sold my Jaguar SVR in what has been a very difficult trading environment. Not only did Chadd and the team treat my situation with sensitivity but also with great care.From day one my car was beautifully detailed and was presented in nothing other than A1 on his site and on social media. The photos were amazing and I was really pleased with the AD look & feel vs trying to do this privately myself!!!A Jaguar SVR is beautiful car and an amazing feet of engineering with a top speed of 200mph. That said, it has a skinny offering vs other cars in its league like AMG GTS etc and limited popularity. Chadd was able to reach out to his extensive network and market my car in the best way possible. Coupled with a double impact of interest rates hike, down turn of spending and a skinny offering, Chadd was still able to deliver the goods.I had plenty of updates on the journey and would highly recommend LUXE Autohaus.
